Lawrence Grant
Founder & CEO
Lawrence brings over 18 years of experience securing critical infrastructure across financial institutions managing more than $13 trillion in assets, including advisory roles with Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Citi.
He served as Head of Information Security, Compliance, and Privacy at Norm AI, where he built the company's security program from the ground up and designed its agentic AI security architecture for Tier 1 global financial institutions.
He led third-party due diligence processes supporting adoption by Goldman Sachs, Vanguard, Vista Equity Partners, New York Life, Macquarie, Blackstone, and TIAA. He previously held security leadership roles at IBM and served as CISO for technology companies.
